I'm a firm believer/lover of this practice. Yes, it takes about two full days between shopping, preparation and storing, but it's awesome when I don't feel like cooking and can just pull a meal out of the freezer.
Because of our impending move--I will not be starting this up again until we're settled in the new house. :) Thanks for your patience!
